Vinyasa: This class encourages students to tap into the rhythm of their breath and move with grace and ease. This allows the body to open and release tension and stress that has been stored in the muscles and joints. This class practice and assists the body in cleansing from the inside out. Students will leave this class with space in the body, and freedom in the mind. Please hydrate yourself before coming to class and bring a water bottle and towel with you.

Power Yoga: Change your body, Change your mind- This is a heated vigorous flow practice. It is a cardio hour that includes detoxifying and cleansing the body from the inside out. In this hour of practice you will work to develop your core strength, increase your concentration, and find your balance through a focused mind. Please arrive well hydrated before coming to class, and bring a water bottle and towel with you.

60 Minute Flow:
60 minute Flow Vinyasa condenses our 90 minute class into a 60 minute format. This class is a great solution for that mid-day break. You will experience all the benefits of the extended class, including pranayama, core, and flow. This invigorating hour still allows for a meaningful practice.

Yin-Restorative: This class is perfect for those of you that need to unwind before the work week begins, and is equally as beneficial for those of you who desire a more gentle practice. This class utilizes props to assist the body in relaxing into the poses to help release tension. You are sure to leave this class with peace in the body mind and spirit.
